Fans are again getting the chance to chip golf balls into the wide Coors Field outfield.

Upper Deck Golf, which allows people to tee off from the upper decks of sports stadiums across the country, returns to LoDo this fall at the Rockies stadium. Dates for the two-day event are still to be announced. Last year, the event was in mid-October.

Golfers will be able to hit irons from the top level of Coors Field onto greens down in the outfield. It will be a nine-hole course, and only high irons (sand wedges through 8 iron) are allowed. Players will complete the event in twosomes.

Registration for tee times opens in August, but the waitlist for the event is now open. Each hole will range from 75 to 150 yards. As part of the event, there will be a scoring competition, a driving challenge, a closest-to-the-pin challenge and a putting challenge.

Upper Deck Golf is offering standard tee times, premium tee times and VIP tee times. The standard tee times start at $79.99 per person, according to the company’s website, though that price can vary by location and time.
