Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito says he lost friends over his choice to help end safe legal access to abortion across the United States.
Discussing the court’s 2022 decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, he said the majority justices were courageous.
“I think that required courage by all of the justices in the majority,” he told CBS News’ chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford.
