Top RFK Jr. Aide’s Yelling White House Meltdown Exposed

A leading advocate for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Make America Healthy Again campaign got into a yelling match with top White House officials over the definition of processed food, according to a report.

Calley Means, a healthcare entrepreneur who was named a senior adviser to the health secretary last November, met with administration officials to discuss Kennedy’s plans to overhaul the U.S. food system in July.

Means argued in favor of Kennedy’s plans to give processed foods a new label of “ultra-processed” if they contain artificial colors, nonnutritive sweeteners or chemical preservatives, sources told The Wall Street Journal. The White House feared the new definition would cover most foods sold in grocery stores and bolster lawsuits filed against major food manufacturers such as Coca-Cola, WK Kellogg, and Mars, alleging they knowingly made harmful food products.
