Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte today. The two leaders discussed the ongoing U.S.-led efforts to bring a negotiated end to the Russia-Ukraine war. They also discussed the significance of Arctic security for all NATO Allies.
