MAGA prosecutor Jeanine Pirro has been permanently banned from bringing charges against a former Olympian who President Donald Trump wrongly blamed for his botched Reflecting Pool renovation.
In a blow to the president and his handpicked U.S. Attorney, Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman dismissed the case once and for all, calling the administration’s bid to keep the matter alive “simply fanciful.”
