In addition to the QM8K, several other excellent TCL TVs are on sale. In particular, I highly recommend the TCL QM7K and QM6K.
The QM7K is the brand's midrange QLED, and though it can't get as bright as the QM8K, it still offers excellent contrast control and a similar set of features. It's also available in extra sizes, including a smaller 55-inch and a larger 115-inch size. Deal prices start at just $570 for Prime Day.
The QM6K is TCL's most affordable QLED with a Mini LED backlight, and it's my pick for the best budget TV overall. This model is substantially dimmer than the QM8K and QM7K, so its HDR performance is less impactful, and it performs worse in rooms with abundant light.
