Russell, 20 years old, was last seen by her father at 6 p.m. Nov. 30, according to a missing person alert from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, near the Loveland/Johnstown Park-N-Ride. She was wearing a black hoodie, tan pants and brown slippers and driving a 2016 black Volkswagen Tiguan, Colorado license plate number 7880903.

The search for Russell will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Park-N-Ride.

According to the CBI, Russell dropped her father off at the Park-N-Ride Sunday evening and was expected at a friend’s house soon after, but never arrived.

The Loveland Police Department encourages all travelers and commuters to be alert and keep an eye out for Russell while traveling.

The CBI instructed anyone who sees Russell or her vehicle, or who has information regarding her whereabouts, to call either the Evans Police Department at 970-350-9600 or 911.

According to Loveland police spokesperson Chris Padgett, the Evans Police Department nonemergency number should be called unless Russell is seen and appears to be in distress, in which case 911 should be dialed. If anyone has information but doesn’t have the Evans police nonemergency number at hand, 911 can be called instead.

“The main thing is that we don’t want people to simply take these things for granted, or assume that somebody already knows,” he continued. “In cases like this, especially with inclement weather and several days that have passed, every single piece of information helps to be a building block in the investigation. Even if the information is minute, let the investigators sift through that.”
