A federal judge on Monday dismissed the indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
The judge wrote in the order that U.S. attorney Lindsay Halligan was appointed illegally and therefore all actions following her appointment including securing and signing Comey’s indictment were unlawful.
