California Gov. Gavin Newsom mocked Donald Trump’s out-of-place hair as he entered the House chamber for his State of the Union address on Tuesday.
Newsom, who would go on to post counterpoints on social media as Trump spoke, feigned horror at the 79-year-old president’s wispy appearance.
