A motorcycle rider died after crashing near Havana and Galena streets in south Denver in the early hours of Thursday morning, according to police.
Denver Police Department officers responded to a single-vehicle crash in the city’s Kennedy neighborhood, agency officials said at 1:46 a.m.
The motorcycle rider was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and pronounced dead as of 11 a.m., according to the department.
Additional information about the motorcycle rider was not immediately available. The cause of the crash is under investigation, Denver police said.
