Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito was secretly rushed to a hospital after falling ill during a Federalist Society dinner, CNN reported Friday.
The network reports that the conservative justice, 76, was “evaluated and administered fluids for dehydration” in a hospital on March 20 before returning to his home in Virginia later that night.
The George W. Bush appointee has continued to serve on the bench uninterrupted, attending oral arguments that President Donald Trump stormed out of earlier this week.
