The wife of disgraced top realtor, Tal Alexander, has filed for divorce after he was charged with sex-trafficking alongside two of his brothers. Alexander’s wife, Arielle Kogut, who recently welcomed a baby with him, confirmed the split in a statement to the Real Deal Monday. “I will continue to provide my young baby with love and support as I leave my husband,” she said in the statement via her attorney. “This commitment to my child’s best interests and well-being will remain my highest priority.” Alexander and his 37-year-old twin brothers, Alon and Oren, were arrested last month, and are “accused of drugging and raping dozens of women” together for over a decade. The FBI interviewed over 40 women in connection with their investigation. Investigators say they uncovered “trophies” and other evidence of their sexual exploitation, such as videos of the rape of “intoxicated” women. All three of the brothers have pleaded not guilty. Tal lives with his wife, Arielle, in Manhattan in a building that sells luxury apartments for around $10.5 million.
