Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was repeatedly educated as he attempted to defend President Donald Trump’s war in a 60 Minutes grilling on Sunday night.
Hegseth’s interview with Major Garrettcomes just over one week after the president initiated war with Iran by joining with Israel in conducting strikes on the country.
The chief Washington correspondent for CBS News grilled the 45-year-old on those strikes, which have now killed an estimated 1600 Iranians, including the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and a school filled with children.
