Amy Schumer has officially filed for divorce from husband Chris Fischer after seven years of marriage, per court records obtained by People.
The couple first announced that they were separating “amicably” on Dec. 12. Schumer and Fischer share a six-year-old son, Gene.
The legal move comes just after the comedian posted several bikini-clad photos of herself on Instagram, captioning the post, “This year is about self care and self love.”
